Refund policy
We offer a 14-day exchange window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange or return consideration, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns must be sent to: SARTORIAL OG - Wafi Mall store.
Please note: items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care/beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges (Important Note)
The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to request an exchange. Once approved, you may proceed with the return process as instructed, and we will guide you on the next steps.
European Union - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
Returned items must remain:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with tags
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, or issued as a CREDIT NOTE, depending on the situation.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the transaction.
